Initiation Fees
The following prices that you see are 1 time fees to initiate your membership. This fee also includes a rotation of 5 pain reducing services.
1 Person
- Pay a 1 time fee of $75 to initiate your membership to “Set Your Own Fees”. This also includes a rotation of up to 5 services. *Terms Apply
2 People
- Pay a 1 time fee of $105 to initiate a 2 person membership to “Set Your Own Fees”. Both must live in the same household. This also includes a rotation of up to 5 services for both parties. *Terms Apply
3+ People
- Pay a 1 time fee of $145 to initiate a 3+ person membership to “Set Your Own Fees”. This is for 2 adults and any teens from 13-18 living in the same household. This also includes a rotation of up to 5 services for all parties. *Terms Apply
*To maintain an active “Set Your Own Fee” membership, you must come in at least once every 2 weeks for 1 or more services. If not, a reset fee will apply.
